By Ian M Butterfield This is an updated version of the story of Noah. It is a story which is familiar to us all, but if the events happened today, it could prove a little amusing. Harold Smythe, a council inspector, has come to inquire about the structure Noah is building. Smythe sums up human obstinacy, he does not believe that God is judging the world even when it starts to rain.
